The lady reached out to me and was very courteous and concerned about helping me. She went over and above to assist me to help me resolve my issues. She and the gentleman I spoke with the night before at the Customer Service both restored my confidence in State Farm Insurance. My prior attempts to get help a few weeks earlier and a month ago, the two ladies I spoke with were not helpful at all, one was very rude and only wanted to take my payment. I'm glad this lady and the gentleman are genuinely concerned about Customers. They provided White Glove Customer Service.

It was pleasant talking to a live person and not having to wait days to get feedback or answers to a question about coverage. I look forward to continuing my relationship with State Farm. I just wish I would have switched years ago. Thank you Samantha for helping me understand the process of switching. I would recommend Jackie Newkirk and her team to anyone.
